We know the fitness industry. We’ve owned, and operated four studios so understand the importance of delivering specialised training services with high quality, durable equipment.
For business use we offer Class Systems and a Personal Training model for boutique fitness studios.
Class Systems: We’ve designed versatile stretch movement classes intended for small groups to enable the coach to interact and offer ‘hands on’ assistance and guidance for efficient, flowing, dynamic stretch. It’s precision movement to align, elongate, tone and strengthen muscle.
Personal Training: We have been successfully delivering the ELASKO stretch methodology for over 15 years. It’s a proven system based on ten signature movements infused with coaching expertise from stretch guru Sonja Laskowski.
CASE STUDY
Azzurro Wellness, the Netherlands.
We met Marcel and Harry at the FIBO exhibition, Cologne, both are long standing fitness professionals who were looking for innovations for their stunning beach side Wellness Centre of excellence.
In this case we adopted a three-pronged approach to the ELASKO system once we had delivered three ELASKO frames via our local Water Rower distributor who retains stock products.
Firstly, we invited the top three Azzurro coaches to a two-day training workshop in London.
Secondly, we flew to Holland and did a showcase of the product and methodology alongside an open Q&A with the club members.
Thirdly, we curated an induction workshop for each club member and subsequently built a member class system.
The club now has a further two frames and 15 classes per week scheduled.
