Where is the Elasko studio?
The studio is located in Blackwall (E14) within a residential estate in New Providence Wharf, on the ground floor of the Ontario Tower, 4 Fairmont Ave, Poplar, London E14 9JA.
The studio has a private entrance on the outside of the building, 10 metres to the left-hand side of the main concierge.
What are the best transport links?
The studio is well supported by excellent transport links. The DLR runs parallel to the New Providence Wharf estate and BLACKWALL & EAST INDIA are a 5-minute walk away.
CANARY WHARF on the Jubilee Line is a scenic 12-15-minute walk and is a great choice if you have flexibility and time to explore this destination, check out what’s on locally – https://canarywharf.com/arts-events/events/
What happens if my plans change, can I amend my booking?
We understand plans change and we’ll do our best to offer a solution. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours ahead of your booking
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, then we will allow a second session to be booked at no extra charge but with no refund.
Is there anything I need to bring for the session?
All sessions are barefoot or you can wear socks, if you wish. We suggest you wear training attire for both all sessions.

What facilities does the studio have?
It’s a small yet comfortable studio and a place we’d like you to feel at home. There are no shower facilities but a bathroom for changing, and your personal belongs can be stored safely.
Is there anything else I need to know?
So that sessions do not get interrupted, the door will only open five minutes before each session starts. If you arrive early there is a lovely coffee shop adjacent to the studio called Mook and the Radison Blu hotel just around the corner.
At times we do use subtle lighting change and diffuser to heighten senses. If you have any sensitivity to light, smell or anything we need to be aware of then please let us know in advance by mailing info@elasko.com.
